Wayne was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts within the first spherical of the 2001 NFL Draft to pair with Marvin Harrison as large receiving choices for Peyton Manning. The previous Miami Hurricane performed all 14 seasons of his profession in Indianapolis, and by the point he retired he trailed solely Harrison in receptions, receiving yards and landing catches.
