President Donald Trump and Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney are scheduled to fulfill on the White Home on Tuesday amid the commerce conflict between the neighboring nations.

In July, Trump issued a 35% tariff on most items and uncooked supplies from Canada.

Canada initially issued retaliatory tariffs. Nonetheless, in August, Carney introduced exemptions for items coated beneath the United States-Mexico-Canada commerce pact.

Throughout their last meeting in May, Carney pushed again towards Trump’s controversial proposal to make Canada the 51st state.

“As you recognize from actual property, there are some locations that aren’t on the market. And Canada just isn’t on the market, it is going to by no means be on the market,” Carney informed Trump.
