The Supreme Court docket has declined to take up the attraction of Ghislaine Maxwell, who was contesting her prosecution and conviction on grounds that the federal government had violated a non-prosecution settlement made with Jeffrey Epstein earlier than his dying.

The Supreme Court docket didn’t clarify its choice.

Maxwell’s legal professional, David O. Markus stated he was “disillusioned” by the Supreme Court docket’s choice.

“We’re, after all, deeply disillusioned that the Supreme Court docket declined to listen to Ghislaine Maxwell’s case,” Markus stated in a press release. “However this combat isn’t over. Critical authorized and factual points stay, and we are going to proceed to pursue each avenue accessible to make sure that justice is completed.”

This can be a growing story. Please verify again for updates.
