    France has suspended counterterrorism cooperation with Mali and ordered two workers members of the West African nation’s consulate to go away, the French Ministry for Europe and International Affairs has mentioned.

    The suspension introduced on Friday comes after a French man, Yann Vezilier, was arrested in Mali final month on fees of plotting a coup.

    Mali’s military mentioned on the time that some civilians and troopers had obtained “the assistance of international states” of their try and destabilise the nation.

    Mali’s safety minister, Normal Daoud Aly Mohammedine, mentioned Vezilier had acted “on behalf of the French intelligence service, which mobilised political leaders, civil society actors and army personnel” in Mali.
