The Cincinnati Bengals gained on Sunday however seem to have accomplished so at a large price.

Bengals star quarterback Joe Burrow was injured throughout his workforce’s Week 2 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Burrow went down on a sack within the second quarter at Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati and suffered a toe damage after getting crushed in a pile by a number of defenders (see the video here).

After the sport, which the Bengals went on to win by a 31-27 ultimate rating, a troubling replace emerged on Burrow’s standing. Jeremy Rauch of FOX 19 in Cincinnati reported that Burrow is believed to have suffered a turf toe damage with torn ligaments. Rauch notes that the expectation is that Burrow will miss “a number of weeks” consequently.
