    A federal decide on Wednesday stopped the Trump administration’s try to axe $2.2 billion in analysis funding for Harvard College.

    In an 84-page order, U.S. District Choose Allison Burroughs concluded that the Trump administration “used antisemitism as a smokescreen” to unlawfully block billions in analysis funding.

    Trump in April froze $2.2 billion in Harvard grants and $60 million in contracts following the varsity’s refusal to budge on the federal government’s calls for after the administration’s Joint Job Power to Fight Anti-Semitism alleged the varsity didn’t confront antisemitism on campus.
