At the least two folks had been killed, together with a police officer, in a capturing in Baldwin Park, California, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Division mentioned.
A suspect was taken into custody following the capturing, wherein two officers had been hit by gunfire, one fatally, Sheriff Robert G. Luna mentioned in a midnight press convention. He described the capturing as a “double murder,” saying the second sufferer, who was not publicly recognized, was a male grownup.
Presents from the Baldwin Park Police Division had responded to a name of an individual “capturing with a rifle,” Luna mentioned.
The injured officer was in was transferred to an area hospital in secure situation, the sheriff mentioned.
