    LONDON — Iranian International Minister Abbas Araghchi arrived in Muscat to attend the fourth spherical of “indirect” talks between Iran and the United States over Tehran’s nuclear program, in response to the official Islamic Republic Information Company.

    Earlier than leaving for Oman, Araghchi mentioned he hopes the events attain a “decisive” level on this spherical of talks, including that “one of many issues with the negotiations is the fixed change of American’s positions,” IRNA reported.
