To the editor: The Catholic Church is in mourning for Pope Francis, some of the influential non secular leaders of the trendy period. Throughout this time of reflection on his life, in blunders the president of america, posting a picture of himself dressed up as a pope (“Trump draws criticism with AI image of himself as the pope ahead of the papal conclave,” Could 3). In doing this, he makes a juvenile effort to spice up his ego and mocks our traditions of mourning and the choice of a brand new pope.

This picture spits on our beliefs. Compounding this are the statements from President Trump’s allies, some Catholic, both dismissing it or diminishing its obnoxious intent. It’s one factor for non-Catholics to lampoon what we maintain expensive. However for the president of america to participate in this sort of habits is past the bounds.

To the editor: Trump, I can confidently say, was being uncharacteristically humble when he posted an image of himself as pope. He actually would have most popular to put up an image of himself as God.

To the editor: There isn’t anybody extra diametrically against Pope Francis than Donald Trump at each stage. Simply the truth that he posted a picture of himself as pope is taken into account sacrilegious by many.

Francis beloved everybody equally and fought laborious for immigrants’ rights. Trump is rather more apt to remove individuals’s rights, particularly these of immigrants. As soon as once more, Trump is searching for a job he’s woefully unqualified for.
