    Two months after the preliminary “Fork within the Street” emails have been despatched to federal workers throughout the federal government, quite a few businesses have begun rolling out impartial, agency-specific deferred resignation applications — separate from the DOGE-led effort that sparked courtroom challenges and outrage from critics, in keeping with emails and sources with information of the plans.
