    Israel strikes Syria bases again despite EU warning

    In Syria, Israel has launched tons of of strikes on army websites since Islamist-led rebels overthrew Bashar al-Assad in December.

    Israel says it desires to stop weapons from falling into the palms of recent authorities it considers jihadists.

    And regardless of a ceasefire, Israel has continued to hold out strikes on Lebanon – with either side repeatedly accusing the opposite of violating the truce.

    Israel launched air strikes on southern Lebanon on Saturday, killing eight individuals, in response to rocket hearth that hit its territory for the primary time since a ceasefire took impact on Nov 27.

    No get together has claimed accountability for the rocket hearth.

    The Israeli army has additionally deployed to the UN-patrolled buffer zone on the Golan Heights, whereas Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has demanded the demilitarisation of southern Syria.

    Syria’s international ministry has accused Israel of waging a marketing campaign towards “the soundness of the nation”.

    When requested about Israel’s stance in direction of Syria’s new leaders, Kallas mentioned: “In fact our worries are the identical. They are saying the precise issues, will they do the precise issues?”

    “However we’ve mentioned this within the European Union and amongst all of the member states, and our view is that we’d like a steady Syria,” she added.
