    ROME: Pope Francis, who has spent the final two nights in hospital, apologised for lacking a mass on the Vatican on Sunday (Feb 16), saying that he was nonetheless being handled for bronchitis and thanking his docs for taking care of him.

    Francis, 88, was admitted to a Rome hospital on Friday with a respiratory tract an infection. His docs have ordered him to relaxation and he was unable to ship his common Sunday prayer to pilgrims in St Peter’s Sq..

    The cardinal who led mass on Sunday within the absence of Francis opened the service with a message of assist.
