Scott Weiner, a Democratic State Senator in California, is introducing laws that will enable folks to sue oil corporations over the wildfires which have ravaged the state in current weeks.
That is typical Democrat political sleight of hand.
Oil corporations had NOTHING to do with the harmful nature of those fires. If folks wish to sue somebody, they need to sue the Democrats who run the state and utterly dropped the ball on being prepared for these fully predictable fires.
