    The Pentagon introduced Monday that Nidal Hasan, who was sentenced to loss of life for the 2009 mass taking pictures at Fort Hood, Texas, can be executed by firing squad, marking the primary U.S. army execution in additional than 60 years.

    Hasan was convicted of 13 counts of premeditated homicide and 32 counts of tried homicide and sentenced to loss of life in 2013. He was despatched to a army detention middle at Fort Leavenworth in Kansas.
