To the editor: President Trump and Chinese language chief Xi Jinping did not sign any settlement on synthetic intelligence throughout their current summit (“A grand display for Xi reveals the limits of Trump’s summitry,” Sept. 25). Our administration’s opinion appears to be that personal trade can decelerate AI growth itself. That angle doesn’t acknowledge that these enterprise individuals are in an identical race with one another as we’re claiming to be with China.
There appears to be little or no thought behind this lack of coverage. Rebranding AI to “super intelligence” modifications nothing concerning the substance of the issue.

To the editor: To the press and in authorized arguments, Trump has acknowledged {that a} large underground navy and safety advanced is being constructed beneath the deliberate White Home state ballroom. So why did he give Xi a tour of the development website? Looks as if an enormous breach of nationwide safety.
