    A federal appeals court docket on Friday ​declined to dam the Division of Protection from blacklisting Anthropic.

    The ruling from ⁠the U.S. Court docket of ​Appeals for the District ​of Columbia Circuit got here in a lawsuit by Anthropic difficult its ​designation as a provide chain threat.
