A federal decide has granted CNN, Politico and MS NOW a short lived restraining order requiring the White Home to revive the retailers’ hard-pass press credentials.
The order requires the defendants, excluding President Donald Trump, in addition to their brokers and representatives, to “instantly return, reinstate, and restore” the White Home hard-pass press credentials held by workers of CNN, MS NOW and Politico.
Decide Timothy Kelly granted the media organizations’ request within the ongoing case Cable Information Networks, Inc. v. Trump after their credentials have been revoked on Sept. 18, in accordance with the courtroom order.
The momentary restraining order will stay in impact for 14 days, until in any other case ordered by the courtroom.
