    The traditional craft of knotted carpets, originating within the Caspian Sea area, finds a daring new expression by Azerbaijani artist Faig Ahmed. Recognized for reimagining conventional rugs into Surreal, modern artwork, Ahmed challenges perceptions of heritage and modernity. By distorting, deconstructing, and remodeling intricate designs, he creates placing works that join the previous to the current.
