US Lawyer for DC Jeanine Pirro arrived on the West Wing of the White Home on Monday afternoon with a white field in tow as President Trump ripped into her for dropping the felony Lincoln Pool vandalism case.
The Justice Division on Friday dismissed the Lincoln Reflecting Pool vandalism case towards David Hearn.
David Hearn, the previous Olympian who was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor for destruction of property for vandalizing the Lincoln Reflecting Pool in June, was indicted by a grand jury on felony fees final month.
Hearn is a three-time Olympic canoeist.
Hearn was charged with felony destruction of presidency property. He was going through 10 years in jail.
Pirro dropped the case and stated the injury to the Lincoln Reflecting Pool was the results of “flawed set up by the contractor.”
Earlier Monday, President Trump spoke out about Pirro’s transfer to drop the case throughout remarks to reporters within the Oval Workplace.
