    Iranian Overseas Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baqaei stated in a tv interview on Sunday that “certainly not” will the Strait of Hormuz return to its pre-war state of affairs, no matter ongoing talks with Oman, in accordance with a readout printed by the state-run IRNA information company.
