    SEOUL: North Korea reaffirmed its help for Russia’s conflict on Ukraine because the nations’ foreign ministers met in Moscow, Pyongyang’s state media reported on Tuesday (Jul 21), growing hypothesis Kim Jong Un could quickly go to the Kremlin.
