    TEHRAN: US Secretary of State Marco Rubio mentioned Tuesday (Jun 23) that Washington wouldn’t settle for Iranian tolls or charges on the Strait of Hormuz, as disputes over the important waterway, nuclear inspections, and missiles uncovered early strains in negotiations to finish the Center East struggle.
