    A 17-year-old has been arrested after allegedly taking pictures three individuals in Instances Sq. early Saturday morning, police stated.

    The incident occurred at roughly 1:20 a.m. on forty fourth Avenue and seventh Avenue when, police consider, the 17-year-old suspect obtained concerned in a dispute with a 19-year-old earlier than photographs have been fired, in accordance with the New York Police Division.
